- Proof of Business places like Elecricty Bill or Land Revenue Receipt.;
- Copy of AADHAR;
- One Passport Size photograph;
- Copy of rental Agreement if Place of business is on Lease or on Rent with electricity Bill or Land Revenue Receipt.
